Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Not as described

  • Incorrect item received

If this occurs:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and order details

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items (unless faulty)

  • Custom items without defects

 

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
